Pre-registration is open now and will close May 27, 2020
Rally cancelled due to pandemic

Preregistration saves money and is the only way to reserve a bed in the bunkhouse. It also awards you with an extra ticket for both the door prize and grand prize drawings! Hurry and pre-register now as the pre-registration window closes on May 27th. Mailed registrations must be postmarked no later than May 27th.

The 46th Annual Square Route Rally is at the YMCA Camp West Mar in central
Maryland's Catoctin Mountains. It's an
ideal rally site, boasting 5 bunkhouse cabins each with 12 bunk-beds, acres of camping on comfortable grass
fields or under a mature tree canopy, a large dining hall, a large, open pavilion loaded with picnic tables that
serves as Beer Haus & Seminar Central, a game room (pool table, video games, DVDs, music system), and of course
a large bathroom & shower house.

Bunkhouse beds are a modest extra fee for people who like walls and a roof over their heads. The bunkhouses have
solid-wood furniture and thick mattresses. Check out the pictures on the href="https://www.bmwbmw.org/node/14">Camp West Mar page Reserve your bunks when you pre-register because
we expect them to fill up. Campers have their choice of grassy fields surrounded by trees. The bathhouses were
recently upgraded with tiled shower floors and improved privacy.

Your registration fees include Friday’s Chili meal and a Saturday dinner of BBQ with all the trimmings. It also
includes a light breakfast fare (coffee, juice, pastry, fruit, etc.) on Saturday & Sunday morning. Thirsty? We
will have a variety of adult beverages available or you can bring your own. Grab a draft from the keg and swap
lies around the campfire! Bunkhouse beds are a modest extra fee as is an optional tour of the Antietam
battlefield by a licensed guide.

The roads are perfect for summer riding as they wind along streams and through forested hills. You have a choice
of wide sweepers through Pennsylvania's Michaux State Forest, tight two-lane along the C&O Canal, or GS trails
for your Beemer to explore. But if you stumble upon the gate into Camp David, make a quick U-Turn. Civil War
buffs have a multitude of choices including Gettysburg, Sharpsburg (Antietam), South Mountain, the C&O Canal and
Harper's Ferry. For those interested in Arts & Shopping both Gettysburg and Shepherdstown boast many galleries,
shops and sidewalk cafes in restored downtown.
