Anyone know if the club's gs-911 will be at the Square Route Rally this weekend? I would love to reset my maintenance reminder if possible...

I'm going to try to have it there, still trying to get ahold of it.

That's a great idea! I need to re-set my service reminder as well.

Would it be possible to use the GS-911? My ABS light is on...

You can bring your bike to my house and I'll check it.

Or, I believe Bruce has the club one, and laptop, and you can borrow that one.

Thanks to Bruce and GS-911 I diagnosed stuck brushes in the ABS pump motor. Will probably send the ABS module for repair rather than taking in apart myself.

Does anyone know if the club's GS911 is able to remove the break-in rev limiter on the S1000XR?

I understand that the wifi version can do this.

Jerry - I have no idea on the rev-limiter default answer, but I have a question for you -- which color did you get?

The club's version (non-wifi) won't cover the newer (K1600, watercooled R1200s, S1000, and S1000XR) bikes. It looks as if Jim has the WiFi version.

So...what color and are you going to add conspicuity lights?

Conspicuity lights have been added (yellow Photon Blaster A-TS on the front and the new deceleration-sensitive P3-TS on the rear. I plan to add the IQ-270-A also, which turns on the high beam at reduced brightness, so the bike doesn't look like a headlight bulb has burned out.

I got a white one but I may wrap it to metallic grey.

Lots of other mods to come, the first being a seat designed for humans.
