Review Wanted - BMW Boots

Postby Maria V » Tue Nov 17, 2009 8:52 am

The BMW Santiago Boot: If you have them, tell me about them. What do you like, dislike? Are they comfortable off the bike for a short walk or short period standing around to BS? Are they waterproof?

I have a BMW coupon burning a hole in my pocket. :D

I was also looking at these boots due to the xplor coupon. They look nice, kinda kick ass with the silver front.

yes, I have the BMW All around boots. I don't wear them in the summer because I have the Air Flow I but I do like the all rounds. They are a good boot and I have spent several hours walking around in them. I like them.

I have the BMW All Round boots and find them to be comfortable riding and walking, but I think Maria asked about the Santiago boots.

Asking about both, to find what you like, don't like, experience with water-proofedness. :D

When I have ridden in the rain, some very heavy downpours too, they were excellent.

I don't think I've ever had them leak and I've ridden in some pretty heavy rains!

I wound up with the All Around boots. I've only worn them once since getting them at Christmas, but so far so good.
Well twice. I tried them on on Christmas morning, then wore them on a ride.
