You guys need to expand your door prize efforts outside of the local dealers. I had $3200 in door prizes for my tech day last year, and already have almost $3K for this year, and I am not done.

Do you just cold-call them or do you write them? Any tips?

While y'all are discussing door prizes, I hope you're also talking about contingency plans. I have a hard time imagining conditions will permit a mass gathering as soon as early June. This article from The Atlantic explores some possible scenarios for a return to something approaching normalcy:

Fingers crossed all will be well soon, but a wise person plans for the worst in situations like this. I'm hoping I can still hold my Horizons Unlimited event in late August and the Morton's BMW Spring Fling in mid-September.
