Clifton Breakfast Ride/May 28

Who is attending the May 28 Breakfast in Clifton next week, May 28? And of those people, who is interested in exploring VA Rt 606 west of Middleburg? I heard of great things about VA Rt 606 and decided to check it out today. I checked out a route from Clifton to Bluemont and it is about 60 miles to the north end of Rt 606 and Rt 7. We can stop off in Bluemont for Ice Cream.

L 702 Rock Hill Mill Rd (the eastern part of 702 is gravel and one lane wide)

R 606 Mt Carmel Rd/Feltner Rd/River Rd (This had some nice twisties and elevation that was not evident from the map review)

I am familiar with that road. That may be part of the return trip. I figured that the group can split after ice cream in Bluemont.

Hey there, looks like the weather is going to allow for some riding tomorrow. I will try and get there around 8 a.m and get some breakfast. I'm up for a ride with you all. Look for the big guy on the all white R1200R tomorrow.

Good thing I jumped off at 606 -- got home in the dry, although skies looked threatening at times. Nice meeting you and see you at the SRR; I've got some questions about mods on your bike. Scott
