Motorcycles of Dulles also sponsored Adventure Training with Shawn and Louise this past 23, 24 Oct in Purcellville. It was excellent training, well worth the money and the full day spent learning new skills.

MOD will look at having them back again next Spring and include an advanced skills segment.

PS. I applied for a Paul B Scholarship from the BMW MOA Foundation and got approved. It covered the cost of the course.

Sorry for the delay in responding to this, but you can check out the photos in our Facebook album:

It was great fun and free to all attendees, who enjoyed a series of seminars Friday evening and all day Saturday, plus an adventure ride through local National Park areas on historic dirt roads. Unfortunately, due to a storm the day before, one segment of dirt had to be skipped because of downed trees blocking the path. Lots of fun, lots of food, and a great experience with Shawn -- an old friend of mine and the dealership's -- and Louise. We'll likely do it again.
