Idle Actuator #2 gets no signal

GS-911 said "fault 10501 Idle actuator (Cylinder 2, for R-Series)"

So I bought a new one, mistake! It must be the wiring going to the actuator. When I plug it into the right side, it goes in and out. When I plug it into the left side, nothing happens.

If the signal is not coming from the wiring, I will have to trace the wiring. Shoot. Old Wires...
