Well hosers, Wes was the only familiar face we saw at the MOA's Fontana Getaway...

All Y'all must be workin way too hard to enjoy the beautiful curves and microbrews in western NC.

We enjoyed our 2nd visit to the Fontana Lake Resort last weekend and the Dragon too...
Maybe, just maybe, a few of youz will make it to Lebanon, Tenn?
They're having a Rally there, ya know? Round 'bout 13-16 June...

I was there...right after y'all left. May 01-04 did about 610 miles in the mountains between Brevard, NC and Tellico Plains, TN. not being anti-social, but it was wonderful mid-week...virtually no cars on the roads and only a few bikes!

the slack was good, but so were the expresso mocha shakes!

PS - K11RS/K13S are not the recommended rides for dirt roads...

Well, maybe you're a Cantankerous Loner....... But the large MOA group had a Wonderful Gathering and some folks (Not Us) even won some Gr8 Door Prizes.... The table behind us was very-well connected and Very Happy - even Rowdy -- when they won a door-prize!!!!!
