r1100 top end removal

A few years back someone put on the internet a detailed procedure for removal of the cylinder and head on the r1100 I had a copy which I used back then and it was very helpful. I now however have lost my printed copy and have had no luck finding it on the internet again. I now have need of it again. I have the FSM but found the above very helpful. Help anyone?
