Buying Brake Pads 2015 R1200GSA Apr 2018

So I am getting ready for Jim's Tech Day and I am checking prices for brake pads. Is there really a big difference between OEM and aftermarket? On https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/ebc ... brake-pads they are $45 per set versus $106 per set at the dealership. Seriously is there really that big of a difference? Thanks for your thoughts.

Most dealers sell EBC precisely because they are just as good.

Argh, Um, Pssst, apparently per my Haynes Manual Gertrude is in need of a Final Drive Oil Change too. 180cc of Castrol SAF-XO,. Per the manual, it looks pretty straightforward.

Does anyone know if the club 911 has the ability to "wake up" TPM sensors? In other wards swap out the TPM sensor on the computer with a new one? My front one is going out and I found a brand new one for ~40% of what a dealer is going to charge (not including labour) if it is not covered. I know 1st world problems here... thanks

Hi David, e can do your pads, and yes, the GS911 should be able to pair your TPMS.
