F800S/ST Rear Stand

Postby Scratch » Mon Mar 17, 2014 1:28 pm

Need to r/r the TPMS Sensors in my '07 F800S' wheels (the batteries are dead) and don't have a center stand. Anyone have a one-armed rear stand to fit an F800S/ST that I might borrow for a day or two?

Would invest in one if I were keeping the bike, but it's going on the block soon. Thanks.

I don't have a rear stand, but you could do what I used to do with the Vstrom when swapping rear-shocks and/or links... I suspended it from the deck with ratchet straps

I did the same w/chain hoist before all the renovations & underdecking closed up available beams. No joy here apparently; we'll figure a way though.

Does something smell bad in here, or is it just me?
