An Evening Ride - Cherry Blossoms and the National Mall

Three riders braved a breezy evening to ride among the monuments and cherry blossoms of our Nation's Capital. The cherry blossoms were not illuminated, but the monuments and museums were beautiful in the evening light. You may have seen this picture in a national magazine. Picture by our Rides Chair, Jose Abilies. R1250GS with the Washington Monument lit at night

Changing Club Logo to Comply with New Logo Rules

BMW has a new Corporate Identity (CI), and our club must upgrade its log to comply. Moreover, our old logo does not scale in size well and is too complicated to embroider and we do not have it in a vector graphic to facilitate putting it on tee-shirts, flyers, and web pages. We have two candidates to be an exciting new identity for the club.

The Hopkins Collection BMW Museum

Club member Jim Hopkins and his wife welcomed club members to a tour of his private collection.
