I went to BOBs yesterday and pulled all parts required for the 12K maintenance on the 2007 F650GS for my wife. The bill for the parts was staggering, I can only imagine why maintance costs so much, I never seem to look at how much parts cost. Fuel Filter, Brake Pads, Chain and Sprockets, Battery! Yikes!!
If anyone wants to see how the 12K maintenance works on a F650 GS 2007 type, I don't know much, but I know I have all the parts!
See everyone on Saturday!

Cannot remember what they are for. Oh well, somebody there will know. I have the oil filter and oil plug crush washer, gear oil, engine oil, air filter. Still need to buy moly 60 paste, 16mm socket, and the nut that should not be reused after swinging down the rear drive to change the oil. Got to pack up the tools, watch the videos again, and double-check the check list.
Whew! Looking forward to Saturday.
Forgot to buy the brake pads. Oh well, I'll get the other stuff done and then swing by Bob's.
