It was a good thing I didn't ride for two day because I just vegged and played tourist in Halifax. I'm heading back there next year and this time, I plan on riding Cabot Trail and visiting more of NS and maybe NF and LAB.

I've also camped at Gros Morne. Be sure to visit "Come By Chance" and "Dildo" Nfld. It's worth the picture with the town signs...

Another off the beat road takes you from Stephenville to Burgeo. It's about 110 miles one way. Oh yea, be sure and gas up in Stephenville, there are no gas stops between there and Burgeo.
It's a short 2 hour ferry ride from Newfoundland (St Barb) to Labrador (Blanc Sablon), actually, Blanc Sablon is in Quebec but it's a short ride north to Lab. The last time I was there (2001) the pavement ended at Red Bay. I could go on and on. Hope to get back up there again in a few years...
