Calling All Volunteers!

Hello!

We are looking for volunteers to help with setup, registration, rides, food & drink, etc for the Square Route Rally. We appreciate any returning volunteers who wish to help in the same roles as last or past year's rally for your wisdom and contributions. We equally appreciate any new volunteers for any assistance.

Please respond if you're ready and willing. Also, let us know where you'd like to help.

We will update this thread with a specific list of needs and scheduling.

What's the timing for setup? In previous years, we've done it Thursday afternoon/evening. Are we still doing that? Signs, rally packets, registration, Tiki Hut (or whatever), unloading supplies, etc.

We will be discussing this and more at tomorrow's BOD meeting - 10am at District Cycles (formerly Battley's).
