2017 Mileage Contest

I am a bit tardy on getting information out there due to life distractions. We have 2 versions of our 2017 mileage contest...

JANUARY 1 Start: Those who submitted ending mileage for the 2016 contest were automatically entered in the 2017 contest. I will put a list up here within a week.

JULY 1 Start: Submit your starting mileage to rides@bmwbmw.org, no later than July 15th. My original intent was to begin this abbreviated season ride in April, and a few people submitted mileage to me. I'll be reaching out to you individually to get us on track.

Both contests end on 12/31/2017, with ending mileage to be submitted to rides@bmwbmw.org by January 7th to be tallied in time for the annual holiday brunch.

Hi Maria,

Here is the ENDING mileage for my 2006 BMW F650GS (single) for 2017: 107,601.
This bike has been traded away for the 2005 (shown below).

As of 10/4/2017, here is the STARTING mileage for 2005 BMW F650GS (single): 14,833.
Will send the ending mileage for the 2005 right after the new year!

I just sent my total in. December's tally was disappointing, due to the cold snap during our holiday break. And I missed 100k miles, just barely. Oh well...next year.
