No kidding? Cops would have an excuse for pulling over law breakers, so don't make a law?

I am waiting for them to pass either the California type law that allows us to split lanes. Or the London type laws that allow for filtering to the front of the line. Because I am sure that will not cause any issues on the road. I hoping for London Filteration laws.
