A similar effort in Maryland narrowly failed in the state senate last year amid concerns the ban would simply be an excuse for police to pull drivers over.


No kidding? Cops would have an excuse for pulling over law breakers, so don't make a law? [-X

I am waiting for them to pass either the California type law that allows us to split lanes. Or the London type laws that allow for filtering to the front of the line. Because I am sure that will not cause any issues on the road. I hoping for London Filteration laws.
