Lewis Leathers

Anyone own their boots? Classic motorcycle jackets that they've been making for over 100 yrs, but I think the boots look interesting too, if not the most practical for longer or hotter rides perhaps.

I looked into Altberg custom motorcycle boots a year ago. http://www.altberg.co.uk/Web/bootfitting_mc.jsp
For a bit less than the Lewis' price, you can get a pair of custom boots made.

Andi's custom riding (horse) boots make these look like a bargain! All a matter of perspective.

You haven't checked airfare to the UK lately, have you? Looks like the Altbergs boots would run about 10 times more for a totally different style of boot.

Hey Chaseh--good to see you on other forums . . . !

Try these, made by some of those horse-boot makers. My feet are very hard to fit, so tried a pair for commuting, wearing at work, getting on base, etc. Expensive, but custom made and very high quality.

Or this one, for "bikers" by horsemen . . . .

At least they're made in the US . . . .
