Could'nt ride... but I could shoot.

Stop and smell the roses, and while you're at it take a picture or two.

Saturday was really nice down here in Hooville. Bullwinkle's condition did not allow me to escape for a ride, but I did spend some quality time with the family on the UVA Lawn.

Click here to see the slide show.

{If it doesn't show you the pictures in about 10 seconds, refresh the borwser (F5)... I'm using some seriously beta software here. ;-) }

Beautiful pictures, Chris! Thanks for posting them.

You do not need a parachute to skydive. You only need a parachute to
skydive twice.

Awesome shots! Thanks for sharing. I haven't seen UVA since my freshman year in college (1979) when a bunch of Kappa Sigs drove from Philly to visit the Kappa Sigma HQ (founded at UVA). Geez, am I really this old???? :?

And here I thought this was going to be about the other kind of shooting!!!

Great pictures, Kres. A good friend and co-worker is a UVA grad. I'm going to share your pics with him tomorrow if the internet nazis allow it, that is :roll:

Kres,

I enjoyed the pictures. UVA is a beautiful place, and your shots captured the beauty in a number of different ways. Thanks!

That's what we keep telling him.

I am technically decent, but do not have the "eye".

I like "Letters" the best. I'd hot link it here, but that fancy-schmancy flash doesn't allow that unless I do a screenshot...

Part of the test. ;-)

Thanks for all the comments folks. Hopefully I'll get some shots from the saddle today... the bike is charged up and I'm going to take a 60 mile lunch if I can.
