I usually volunteer to help out, but I'm pretty sure I'll be out of town this year :(

I did the 30 hour last fall and had fun. Maybe I'll try the 10 hour this year.

10 hour rallies are lots of fun, but they can be very intense if you're competitive. It's very hard to make up any time, even 5 minutes. The 24 hour (or whatever it will be) gives you a touch more flexibility, in my experience. But the 10 hour is a great introduction to the sport and The Void is a very fun group of people.

I should be there scoring again, or whatever Scott would like me do for the rally. I suspect new doggie, Carla, will be there as well to cheer on the riders(old Lou passed just before Christmas, talk about heartbreak)

Nuts, this is the same weekend as the club's Oktoberfest camp out at West Mar.

Weird. We usually have Oktoberfest the 1st weekend in October, not the 2nd.

Had a great time running my 2nd Void 10 Hour. The event is really well organized, run in good spirits, and throws out a challenging packet of material through great country at a brilliant time of year. Perhaps I'll see you there next year.
