The 2013 running of The Void will take place October 12-13. This is slightly different from past years in that the 24 hr rally will start on Saturday and finish on Sunday. The 10 hour will run on Sunday. As I understand, this was a function of hotel limitations. The previous hotel has been taken over by Liberty University to be used for dormitories.

So now the event is finishing (and starting for 10 hour riders) in Fredericksburg, VA.

24 hour riders will start in either Pottstown, PA; Jackson, TN; or Brunswick, GA

It's a ton of fun and I hope some new folks will give it a try. I'll be working the event, but Walt will probably ride.

It *is* fun & the base of operations is in Fredericksburg this year, so it's really close.

I have never been to the Void and tried to register a few days ago. I got no reply from rides@jasonjonas.com so I was wondering if registration was already closed?

but it is the sixth. And Tuesday, when I tried to register,was the third.

Did you email Jason? I just tried the link and it seems to be working fine. I didn't go through the whole registration process because I'm not riding.

Yes, I emailed Jason but got no reply. Must be a email problem.

Tuesday, I clicked through from the void site to the Ride Master site. Entered my email and waited for a reply. Nothing came.

Last night I tried it again. Waited a while and then emailed Jason. No reply. Maybe registration is full.

Ok, I was but confused by your post. Maybe he'll catch up with you in a few days and you'll be on board.
