HEY HOSERS!

Since I couldn't create a MeetUp myself (maybe only Bruce or Tom can?), I'm proposing a lunch
at an easy to find watering hole off of Route 50 [just west of 495]. :bigdrink: :feedme:  :rider:

Ride 2 Eat: Saturday 3 March 2018 @ 12:30
Grevey's Restaurant & Sports Bar
8130 Arlington Blvd. (N of Rt 50 off Gallows),
Falls Church VA
http://www.greveys.com/menu.html

Get Yourself Out of the House for some tasty chow...

FYI — My attempt to R2E fell thru because Grevey’s is now Closed!

Damn, you try and do a good thing.... I also tried to go to The 94th Aero Squadron in College Park and Roy’s Place in Gaithersburg, But they’re now Closed too.

Karen & I moved our Meetup up Gallows Rd to the Silver Diner. Perhaps this Meetup thing will work better when Spring has Sprung.

Until next time, TAG, you’re it!!!!

Phil, If you like the food French food at the club luncheon, then you’ll like the Alsatian cuisine at L’Auberge Chez Francois in Great Falls. Check out the forum thread “Clifton Breakfast Alternative”.

The main part of the restaurant is semi formal. They have a Bistro in the lower part of the restaurant. Same food but a more casual atmosphere. Park in the rear/lower lot.

You can take some interesting back roads off of Georgetown Pike.

I would be glad to join you for a Sunday Brunch after my swim.

Sorry for the late notice, but we enjoyed a delicious hors d' oeuvres and a fine French Sunday luncheon out on the back patio (as suggested by Jose).

Somebody else can worry about Riding & eating from here on out. I'm not meeting with much success.

Phil, I would have joined you but I had another lunch commitment.

Glad you were able to experience Chez Francois.

Hit me up after your travels. Would love to meet for breakfast.

I agree that it can be tough to get folks interested in RTE or Organize a Ride offerings (I've tried occasionally), but you might have more success if you created a new thread rather than listing a June 17th ride as a reply to a Mar 3rd offering.
Don't give up.
