RTE - Club meeting Lunch ride 9/12

Postby kjackson » Wed Sep 09, 2015 6:17 am

Depending on how the weather looks after the meeting I'm planning to meander through the countryside between Mansassas and Front Royal in route to Jalisco Mexican Restaurant for lunch. It's been a decent place in the past, but I've not been there in a while, so I make no promises.

All are welcome to ride along if you like. No set time of departure. Just hang around the swap meet and let it be known that you are planning on riding along and we'll know when the time is appropriate.

Again, this is based on weather and we may call an audible and make other or no lunch plans.

Of course Kermit's ride rules apply: "Don't hit the person in front of you and no whining."

Edited to add - That I'll probably be taking a circuitous route back to NOVA after lunch. For those wishing/needing to blast back up the road the restaurant is 2ish miles from Route 66.

Sounds like I should be in for lunch - I can be open-ended, too ;)

Lesser possibility is for my making breakfast. Too early a departure time.
