Alewife?

Postby lionlady » Tue Jun 14, 2011 1:55 pm

I got a Living Social deal offer for Alewife. Its a brewpub in downtown Baltimore. http://alewifebaltimore.com/ Features supposedly amazing burgers and an impressive selection of beers on tap. Thinking that this might work as an RTE location, but a lot of folks aren't interested in riding into town. Thought I'd toss it out there and see if anybody's interested.

We still have the German place that Maria suggested on hold from May. And in Reisterstown, there is now a new Barbecue restaurant, "Memphis on Main Street."

I'd be interested. I suppose we should do the German place for June (ummm that's next week!) and then Alewife?

With enough notice, I'll ride most anywhere...downtown is always fun for a challenge. I did NYC a few weeks back...now there's some fun. 4 lanes, 8 yellow taxis and an RT. Green lights look like motocross going for the hole shot in the first turn!

I would be interested as well, if I get just enough notice (a day or two). Sounds tasty!

Nevermind. Pricey frou frou menu. No "normal" menu items. Not even any "normal" appetizers to enjoy while sampling beers.
