Yeah, not sure of the timing of the 'trail development' versus the creamery opening. Is the one near POR a working dairy farm?

Hi all, newbie here. I am from VA, but this sounds like fun. When are you planning on doing it? Always up for an ice cream ride.

I suspect it will be a topic of considerable discussion for the on-lookers at tomorrow's tech day. It's in VA, stop by and introduce yourself.

I was a little busy over the weekend so I couldn't stop by. Thanks for the invitation though. I will get to one of these gatherings.

I do believe it is. As you head east it's on the south (right) side of the road. The dairy is about a 1/2 mile up the driveway on top of a low hill. I assume they're related, but don't know for sure!

That would be Rocky Point Creamery and it is listed (#4). We stopped there one day so I can attest to the quality of their products. The woman I spoke to (one of the owners) said they send their milk out for pasteurization but they do everything else in-house.
