I ordered mine and had it delivered to the store, no delivery charge.

I've been using them for years and can't say enough positive things about them. I tried the Harbor Freight style lift and wouldn't trust my lightweight vintage bikes on them let alone something as substantial as a modern BMW. Then again that's probably because I spend the majority of my time chained to a lift or on the phone explaining to customers why their bike is not yet on one.
We're a fairly busy shop and have one electric and two air lifts. When I finally quit this job and pursue something that's more in line with my other talents and my now dusty law degree... I will have to buy a Handy Lift of my own.
