Southern Kitchen and Buchanan Grill

Southern Kitchen (New Market, VA) - $6 for some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. Also had the friendliest staff ever employed by a diner. http://www.yelp.com/biz/southern-kitchen-new-market
Buchanan Grill (Buchanan, VA) - the road down to it from the BRP was a bit hairy (or "boulder-y") but the food was worth the ride to this diner/pharmacy. My mind was boggled by the concept of "chicken fried chicken" so I had to try it and I wasn't disappointed. Check it out if you're ever in Buchanan (btw - it's across the street and north a bit from where the Garmin will land you).
