Micro Breweries within riding distance of Bloom

Haven't posted in awhile. I joined the club a few years ago when I purchased my BMW as I enjoyed reading the forum. I went to college at Bloom, grew up on a farm 13 miles from Bloom. and presently live 25 miles away. Welcome to my world.

For those who search out micro breweries here is a list of the local one's that I am familiar with:

Selins Grove Brewing Co. Selinsgrove, PA. (this little place is on every micro beer geeks top ten list) http://www.selinsgrovebrewing.com/
The pretzel rolls are made locally in Mifflinburg and if Steve's Kriek beer is still on tap enjoy!

Old Forge Brewing Co. Danville, PA (decent beer that is overshadowed by the kitchen) http://oldforgebrewingcompany.com/

Berwick Brewing, Berwick, PA (BMWMOA should be contracting with this place to serve German style beers. Formerly a BYOF (bring your own food) the menu is limited. I understand the pizza is good. http://berwickbrewing.com/

Elk Creek Cafe and Aleworks, Milheim, PA (unfortunately those attending the rally probably would not have the time to ride the scenic loop to this place. Great ride, great food and beer, and great ambience) http://www.elkcreekcafe.net/

Bullfrog Brewery, Williamsport, PA (I am partial to this place as I am a pub club member. There is always a revolving list of interesting beers and bands. The Sunday Jazz brunch from noon to 4:00 pm is special.) http://www.bullfrogbrewery.com/

Turkey Hill Brewing Co. Lightstreet, PA (Recently opened I have yet to check out. Curious about the atmosphere of a micro brewery being located on the premises of a high end dining and hotel destination spot.) http://www.innatturkeyhill.com/newsworthy.html

Marley's Brewery and Grille, Bloomsburg, PA (Recently opened. I have heard mixed reviews on the beer and the bar food.)

Enjoy the rally!
