Eastern Standard Time - Day Light Savings

Seems to me that the Board postings are noted 1 hour earlier than the actual time of the post. Why?

You need to go into your profile and change to GMT -4 instead of standard time at -5. Yeah, the phpBB software is lame in places, but the price is right.
