Morton's Winter Wonderland Contest

Morton's is having a winter mileage contest. Now I know that some retired guy who spends the winter in Baja will win it. I'll issue a challenge to club members who are not so lucky. Sign up and see if you can rack up more miles than me. I'll post my monthly numbers here and buy breakfast for the winner at a breakfast ride in May.

The contest starts December 1 and ends April 1. Challenge declared!

Actually, we've structured so that can't happen. Riders will need to sign up in person in early December and then check back in, again in person, around the end of each month so we can verify their mileages. No emailing us a picture of your odometer in southern California while the rest of us are plugging in our heated gear! We're offering a prize each month for the most miles that month, plus a bigger prize for the highest total mileage at the end. Complete info was in our November e-newsletter and will be repeated in the December issue going out soon.
