I'm thinking a cold item as the 3rd, but can't choose between HAM or TURKEY.
Already have 'bird meat' as a hot item - baked chicken, makes inclined to choose HAM.
In that case, should I switch one of the veggies (and which one?) for candied yams?
Decisions, decisions.

PS I'm getting ready to create a handout for the show about a "New Faces" meet and greet for a weekend LUNCH in March. Still need to finalize the best date/day with Don Pablos. Folks attending will be responsible for their OWN meal expense... will see about providing 'snacks' - having an "in" with one of the managers is soooo useful.
