Pulled off the Maier hand guards(for sale) and installed these from Ebay. Cheaper and much nicer.

Ignore the color oddness. IRL they look the same dark black of the add-on parts.

Not a damn thing, but then doing something to it would require having one I suppose ! :D
But I did stay at a holiday inn once.

Helped a friend change his clutch, slave, clutch hose and clean/adjust his pivot bearings on his 04 R1150GS. Not bad, took 7 hours. His clutch disc was fried, and the pressure plate was definitely overheated at some point.

Only hiccough was the bleeder screw for the slave was stripped, so we split the bleeder and force bled it.

Washed my bike for the first time in 6 months. I discovered a few things. Engine degreaser is great for freshening the engine of built up junk. It is NOT good on raw plastics, and particularly not good on Plastidip. It strips it partly, turning it into goo. So, I had to partly disassemble the bike to get the plastidip off. Goo Gone is great for the residue.

It kind of works with the mismatched panniers. I will leave it like that until I repaint the panniers, and the side panels metalic black.

Helped a new friend, and Iron Butt rider set up his aux fuel tank on his RT. I neglected to take a photo of the 3/4" hole I drilled in his tank, but it was pretty cool. I also installed a Billy LED notification light, and a second GPS mount and wired it all in. All in all 6 hours of work on a high 80° day. Oh yeah, his low beam popped as he was about to go, so 1.5 hours of fighting the damn clips and a spare bulb I had and he was on his way.

Just over 11 gallons, the max for IBA rules, and about 400-450 with some reserve.

The tank is somewhat generic, but the mount system is specific to the Wethead RT.

I'm curious how many miles that clutch had on it?

Something like 50K miles. It was very obviously abused at some point.
