The front Ohlins shock on my 09 R1200GS has started to leak and needs to be rebuilt. Does anyone know of a shop in the Northern Va. area that rebuilds Ohlins shocks?

Thanks,
G.

Not NOVA, but close: http://www.shop.kyleusa.com/Ohlins-Moto ... ion_c2.htm

If you need a spare set of shocks while yours are off the bike, I have some you can have.

Thanks Jim.

I'll contact them about having it rebuilt.

And thanks for the spare shock offer, but I have the G650GS to keep me on the road in the meantime. 8)

G.

I sent mine back to Ohlins. I believe they are in North Carolina.

I spoke with Ohlins USA (in North Carolina), really nice folks, they said to send it in to them. $125 labor plus any parts needed, not too bad.

Thanks Jim and RetDet for your input.

Got the front shock back from Ohlins and it's back on the bike, all is well. Ohlins is a very good company to deal with, customer service was very good.
