AdMore lighting

Postby IAMBOB on Mon Apr 02, 2012 9:56 pm

Kind of too late to ask as I already ordered them, but does anyone have a review or opinion?
I just ordered the brake/ turn signal LEDs for the GIVI E55, the GIVI connectors just didn't hop up well. Though running them through the hyperlite controller rocked, that worked great until the connector failed.

Since you posted this quite some time ago, can you give us some feedback on what you found?

The problem is not high-performance motorcycles. It's low-performance riders...

Haven't installed them yet, but first impression is cheap. Two plastic strips with leds, expected something similar to the Givi set up.

Well, went to install the Ad-More lights.. They aren't what I expected, NOT like the GIVI lights at all, but they do seem to be better quality than I first though, and the lights look like they'd be MUCH brighter than the GIVI lights..

That being said, in the process of removing the GIVI lights to install the AD-More Lights I actually fixed the Givi Lights.. never installed the Ad-More lights, and they are now sitting on a shelf in the garage waiting for the day when the GIVI lights go out for the last time..

THIS being said, I still have my GIVI lights running through the hyper-light controller, and have now for about three years.. It workds EXCEPTIONALLY well.. both the Hyperlites and the GIVI lights flash in synch with each other..

I'm just curious, but are the Givi lights you refer to, the ones that are LED based in the top (above the handle) of the rear facing trunk?

I have the E55 topcase with the Givi Lights which mount into the cutouts above the handle..

Pretty sure they are LED..

Now I have half of the right side GIVI lights not working so may go to the Ad-More after all.
