It’s been a while…

Postby RJP3579 » Mon May 24, 2021 11:03 pm

Hello everyone. It’s been a while since I have posted here. Recently retired after 30 years from my full time job and have been without a bike for about 4 years but starting to get the itch to get another one. Hope everyone is well. Nothing in the forum for sale now but will keep an eye.

Funny but been looking at the F900R and XR. I see you have one.

I like it a lot! The TFT screen is cool. The bike has plenty of power. It shifts like butter and handles like a dream. It's really sporty but more comfortable than a sport bike.

The downsides are the seat is uncomfortable and needs replacement. The windscreen is a little small. If you are used to a touring bike, it is less comfortable. Neutral is hard to find at a stop. It hates premium gas and will have trouble starting on anything other than regular. :?:

Test ride it and tell me what you think.
