Thinking about buying this 2004 Outback limited edition

So I'm playing with the idea of parting with my little Kia Foute Koup to get something more practical yet still fun to drive and a bit easier on my knees since the kia is standard shift. Was looking at this guy, a very low mileage LL Bean limited edition Outback with only 60k thing is its a 2004 but price looks good and I could pay cash if I sold the Foute. Figure I'd have to move quickly and depends on what carfax would offer me, a year and half ago they quoted 6500 and I've only put around 3k miles since then.
