You should actually go to the Arboretum in the spring; their Azaleas & Dogwoods are tremendous,
but Nobody can get very close to the section with the Eagle's nest...

Last year the First Lady was sitting on eggs beginning on 2/10/17;
(they raised a pair of eaglets thru mid-July last year [then we lost track while on the road to MN]).
Be sure to check them out throughout the spring & summer. It's mesmerizing...

Yeah, thanks for the reminder- I have a 60 in monitor on the wall in my office that we use for meetings and used it last year to observe the regal pair all season !
