Cycle Pump

Postby Yellowjacket » Tue Aug 16, 2016 6:24 pm

While I was browsing bike related products that I have used over the years, I came across an upgrade kit to make the Cycle Pump more rugged. I made a significant investment at the time ~$100. I allowed the pump (designed with a metal case / bare bones) to rest on the pavement while pumping (not designed to do so) and over time the on/off switch stopped working. I sent it in and David Peterson, the owner, fixed it at no cost and sent it back with a caution. After that I would cushion it or hang it on the px handle. Now there is a kit to "ruggedize" this highly portable pump. I double-checked with David that the kit will work with the original model. I sure am forward to using the pump for many more years.
