Just when I thought I had seen it all

I see so many people texting and driving that I am almost used to it. Yesterday I was slowly passing a car traveling about thirty miles per hour on I-66. The driver had pulled down her sun visor and flipped open the mirror cover, turning on the little lights on both sides of the mirror. At first I thought she was checking her make-up because her left hand was stretching the skin on her chin. Then the right hand came up off the wheel so she could use both hands to squeeze a zit.

She couldn't wait until she parked before she popped that pimple?! Isn't that type of personal hygiene best done in private? I wonder if she would have done that in the middle of city sidewalk.

I saw a guy riding a motorcycle one handed on Sligo Creek Parkway last evening. He had his cell phone in the left; couldn't tell whether he was texting or just reading. Whichever, his eyes were definitely not on the road!!

I've seen a car driver in rush hour on the Beltway working a laptop that was perched partly on the steering wheel and partly on his chest. At 70 mph.
