On Sunday a little before noon, I saw a rider on a newish GS 1200 heading toward Middleburg on Foxcroft Road (Rte 626). I was out on the sidecar after the Virginia Breakfast in Clifton heading for Lime Kiln Road and home.

I had a nice ride superslabing to Hagerstown, Md. for lunch at 5 Guys before circumventing clockwise on a nice country route back.

Spotted club member Norris on his R1200GS LC on Hamburg rd out of Fredrick around 2ish, I was coming down The mountain and he was heading up. We chatted and took pics with my cell phone but they apparently didn't get saved :emb:

Here's a PIC from about an hr earlier on a side road off of Leitersburg Rd..(looks like they got at least a 6" snow last week

Also saw a blue fairinged Beemer on Barnesville Rd, I think, and one HD with no fairing - the HD guy must've been to cold to wave.

Seems like I have been spotted yesterday downtown DC 10th and G. Someone left a bmwbmw business card with the membership info on my bike. I thought it was a parking ticket from a distance

I have the sticker on my fork but seems like it is not visible that much.

I saw a Camhead RT with tons of front and rear lighting and red/yellow chevron reflective tape on all three cases, yellow suit and helmet, on the HOV 395 just before the 14th street bridge in Tuesday. First spotting of a BMW on my commute in months.

A great day to ride and enjoy the weather.

Saw a shirtless guy on a Scooter enjoying the same. And the V-twins have come out of hibernation.

Watch out for the sand that is still left on the roadways. Felt the tires slip a few times.

I agree. Rode to work on the Stratoliner S and my tires were slipping this morning.

Spotted a rider on a maroon touring bike (maybe an 1100 RT) in Alexandria this afternoon. His bike was sporting a club decal.

I often park next to a black 2014 R1200GS. I have yet to see the rider, but he has a Pennsylvania plate.
